Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This 100% Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients can receive a full refund for services we provide.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Failure to Meet Agreed Technical Specifications:
    • A full refund is granted only if the final video demonstrably fails to meet the technical specifications explicitly defined in the contract or project agreement.
    • Technical specifications must be clearly and comprehensively detailed, including, but not limited to:
      • Video file format and resolution (e.g., MP4, 1920x1080).
      • Audio format and quality (e.g., WAV, 320 kbps).
      • Visual effects and color correction (e.g., specific LUTs).
      • Video length and content (e.g., sequence of scenes, text elements).
  • Revision Process:
    • Before requesting a refund, the client must exhaust all revision options outlined in the contract.
    • A refund is only granted if, after revisions, the final video still fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Timeframe:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 2 days of the final video delivery date.

3. Refund Request Procedure

  • Written Request:
    • The client must submit a written refund request, detailing the discrepancies from the agreed technical specifications.
  • Documentation:
    • The request must be accompanied by:
      • A copy of the contract or project agreement.
      • Original files and raw footage.
      • Documentation proving the discrepancies (e.g., screenshots).
  • Discrepancy Assessment:
    • Upon receiving the request and documentation, a thorough assessment of the discrepancies will be conducted.
    • The assessment will be performed by our team.

    • Refunds are not granted for subjective quality assessments (e.g., "I don't like it").
  • Changes in Requirements:
    • Refunds are not granted for changes in requirements after final video delivery.
