We provide professional video editing services, including video editing, color grading, audio editing, sound effects, animated videos, and motion graphics, as detailed on our website. Specific project details, timelines, deliverables, and fees will be outlined in a separate contract or agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for providing all necessary materials, including video footage, audio files, scripts, and any other required assets, in a timely manner.
- You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use all provided materials, including copyrights and licenses.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all edited videos and related deliverables.
- You must provide clear and detailed instructions for each project.
4. Payment Terms:
- We accept payments via MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.
- Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement.
- We reserve the right to withhold delivery of edited videos until full payment is received.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Copyright and Ownership:
- Upon full payment, you will own the final edited video, subject to the rights of any third-party materials used.
- We retain the right to use portions of the edited videos for our portfolio and promotional purposes, unless explicitly prohibited in writing.
- The raw footage and materials provided by the client remain the intellectual property of the client.
- All content, logos, illustrations, designs, and other materials present on this web site, are the property of our company. The use of any of these materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Revisions and Delivery:
- Each package includes 3 free revisions. Additional revisions or changes beyond the initial scope will incur extra charges, billed at the hourly rate specified on our website.
- Quality Assurance: If there is an error or major discrepancy between the final product and the agreed-upon specifications, we will offer a revision or correction. If we are unable to meet the agreed terms, a partial refund may be offered, at our discretion.
- Delivery of the final edited video will be in the format specified in the project agreement.
- We will communicate any delays in the delivery of the final product. In the event of significant delays, clients may be offered a discount or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
7. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation before work starts: Clients may cancel their project before we begin any work, and a full refund will be issued.
- After work has started: If the project is canceled after work has begun, a partial refund may be offered, depending on the progress made. If significant work has been completed, no refund will be granted.
- After final delivery: Once the final project has been delivered, no refund will be issued. Any dissatisfaction with the delivered work will be addressed through revisions, but a refund is not available.
- Non-refundable services: Some services, such as highly specialized editing or non-reusable work, are non-refundable once begun.

8. Limitation of Liability:
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We are not responsible for the content of the video material provided by the client.
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project.
9. Confidentiality:
- We will treat all client materials and information as confidential.
- The client also has to ensure that any material provided to the video editing service, does not contain confidential information, that they do not wish to share.
10. Termination:
- Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
- In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
11. Changes to Terms:
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
